Welcome Hike

Meet at Solitude Nordic Center Snowshoe.

The hike will be weather permitting. The weather in the mountain environment vary from 70’s and sunny to snow during the month of October. Those participating should be prepared with sturdy shoes and layered clothing.

We will be starting with an easy hike on a boardwalk path for those wanting to participate but are not able to participate in the Lake Mary Trail. The hike to Lake Mary is 2.3 miles roundtrip, with 780 feet of elevation gain. It will take approximately 1-2 hours to complete.
